Unfortunately, I was told by Ripoff Report that they NEVER delete a report, even if it has been resolved!
So, I just want to clarify that after speaking to Shane at Website Forge earlier today, he has assured us that they would work with us(one-on-one) to get our e-commerce store operational. That is a big sigh of relief for us, since it was the main reason for re-doing our website in the first place!
There have been a number of misunderstandings/miscommunications on both sides, but I think that both parties at least understand where the other is coming from. That is a plus. Sometimes it is nice just to talk to a person who will listen and explain things! In today's busy world, that is RARE!
So, after months of going back and forth, we have finally been able to come to a mutually acceptable resolution and are looking forward to having an online store!!!
Overall, we like the look of our site and the fact that you can access it from any computer to do your own updates, etc. The site has a lot of great features.
Thank-you, Website Forge for coming through for us!
Shame on Ripoff Reports for not allowing to remove resolved complaints!

We are finally HAPPY to say that our issues with Website Forge have been resolved!
It was nice to talk to Shane, who was very reasonable and helpful. He is even going to help us finally get the e-commerce portion of the site up and running! YEAH!
After much frustration, we are finally HAPPY to say that this company will go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are SATISFIED.
We are now HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! :)
