Wedding and Party Center/ DK Marketing, LLC/ Danny Vale unresponsive, take the full payment then forget about delivering on their products and services Mohegan Lake, NY NY
I procured the Wedding and Party Center after seeing them as recommended wedding photographers on theknot.com. They have since been removed from the knot website. I talked to Danny Vale who contracted with me for a day's worth of wedding photography and for the amount of $1400, which I paid in full up front, I would receive all of my wedding pictures, touched up and with effects, on a disk, as well as a couple's album, a print and thank you cards. I signed the contract and paid the amount agreed upon up front. On the day of the wedding Danny showed up for a couple of hours ONLY and had his assistant take the remaining shots. I was more than agreeable but started to worry after I had not recieved a word from him after 6 to 9 weeks )the time I was suppose to receive my photos. I called Danny and I received excuse after excuse. It was the busy season, he still had to edit, he was having personal issues....it went on and on and I was more than understanding until I received some of the images and gave him instructions on what to do for the album and thank you cards ect and NEVER heard from him again. I tried to call, text, email him ...he still has not contacted me back in any capacity in over a month and its been 6 months after the wedding. I still have nothing we contracted for- no cards, no album, no disk..nothing. I cant even get him to return my calls. I am devastated and cannot imagine what i can do since I cannot redo my entire wedding day! Please DO NOT trust this company/ this individual. You will be begging for a phone call back after paying them their fee and not getting anything in return.

After contacting the better business bereau today, I went to the bank to have them print proof of the check that I wrote them. It was so long ago that I didn't realize I wrote it to DK Marketing. So I googles DK marketing and wedding party center, and this report came up!
Every single thing that is said in this report also happened to me. I would like the original writer of this complaint to contact me so we can do something about it. I already sent an email to the local news.
