Here is my exact experience with this company, as copy/pasted from my email exchange with them:

I need to cancel the order below completely, as I've decided to move in a different direction.

*No response 

*Hello,
I sent an email yesterday to cancel this order (below) but no one responded, then payment was still pulled from my bank account today. Please advise?

*Hello,
This is the third email I've sent to cancel this order. Is there a reason no one is responding, and I am still out $225? What now? I'm expected to pay to ship an order back that I clearly cancelled, before it was fulfilled? The remarkable thing is that my request has been sent to three different email addresses, and STILL, no one is responding. I mean, seriously. Seriously?? My mother contacted you immediately after I placed the order to add another shoe, and boy! Someone was right on top of THAT! Well... for a minute, at least. Then, whoever it was must've fallen asleep, because the shoe was never added, they never responded again, I ended up writing to cancel, was ignored, and charged for shoes I don't want. This is a complete and utter failure. Give me my money back, now.

And suddenly, someone responds!!

**Your order has been cancelled and a refund initiated with Paypal. Please keep in mind that we do not have any control over how quickly Paypal will refund your account. If you have any further questions, please take it up with them. Please do NOT contact us again with your immature temper tantrums. You are wasting everyones time.** 

Now, this person is acting as if they've already refunded my payment, and that PAYPAL is to blame for it not being there. Except that the email immediately following this one was from Paypal alerting me of my refund. So basically, someone was reading my emails all along and just... not responding! Then when I finally get angry and convey that anger in a final email, someone decides to reply and call me names?? They take my money, ignore me, then accuse me of wasting their time!? 

Also, please note that I paid for two day shipping, and as it turns out, THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE SHOES. My order status is still listed on their site as "Payment Received" The shoes would be here by now had they been shipped when they were supposed to be. Also? When I went to file a complaint with the BBB, I found 5 other complaints filed in the past year alone.

Unreal.

I absolutely did write that, and I wrote that IN RESPONSE to the rude way in which you handled me as a customer. I do not care that you've included it here, as it proves NOTHING on your end. All it shows is my further discontent with your performance. I did not thin it was relevant as it happened AFTER THE FACT. I will tell you though, I've shared it on a few bridal message boards, and my fellow brides seem to get quite the kick out of it. They hope that I did tell you off after you treated me in such a way, and here's proof that I actually did. So, thank you! 

You do NOT go "out of your way" to do ANYTHING at all. You wouldn't even respond to a simple email! You immediately withdrew $225 from my bank account, I canceled my order within HOURS of that withdrawal, and it took you DAYS to respond to me. You didn't even respond until I got angry! Then, as if my anger and concern isn't valid, you chastise me!? I had to email you 3 times to get a response!? That's pathetic. How lazy and pathetic. I had and have a RIGHT to be angry. Anyone would've been angry!

How dare you! d**n right I'm pissed! d**n right I have a goal of warning every consumer that I can about your shoddy business practices! d**n right I NOW have a personal vendetta against you! I sure didn't go into this with a chip on my shoulder! I just wanted some shoes for my wedding.

It is very important to note here, that you did not even ship the shoes! I paid for 2 day shipping and three days later you still had not even SHIPPED the shoes! Explain that! Then you pretend that you had initiated some refund with Paypal, and that THEY just hadn't sent me my money yet, except that immediately following your rude and tardy response in which you told me this lie, was an email form Paypal telling me I **suddenly** have a refund? Please. The fact of the matter is, by the time I got that email from you, those shoes should've been in transit, because THAT'S WHAT I PAID FOR. Yep, I did get my money back, but the way you treat your customers should be exposed. The fact that you would let a customer pay for expedited shipping then sit on their order till you just happen to feel like shipping it, should be exposed. In my experience you ARE a rip off. You're rude, you're a lier and you're a rip off.

Anyone who wants to know what you're really all about will visit your file at the BBB Online. I am not the first customer you've "pissed off", and unfortunately, I most likely won't be the last. Either way, I have faith that you will eventually bury yourself, and helping you do so is quite satisfying.

The person who filed this report forgot to add the entire "exact" experience.  She failed to mention that in her last email to my company that:

"BBB, Consumer Complaints, all of it.  I'll single handedly ruin you.  I just LOVE to write, and now you've really pissed me off."

Clearly, she has a personal vendetta against my company and is making every attempt to ruin our reputation.  She was clearly not "ripped off" as her money was refunded within a couple of days.  While our response may have seemed rude to her, it was due to her own verbal abuse.  We work to resolve every customer service situation amicably and do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer, but we do NOT have to be verbally assaulted as a result. 

We have thousands of satisfied customers, and as with any company, there are always going to be complaints.  However, we go out of our way to make sure that when a situation goes wrong, we rectify it as soon as possible to the customer's advantage.

Customers or potential customers can contact me directly if they have any concerns about our business practices.
