I ordered Acai Optimum Burn from a Rachel Ray website I thought was legit. The company advertised on the internet a free 10 day trial of the product for only a $3.87 S&H fee. I signed up for free trial and paid the S&H of $3.87. Instead, I received a switched product of Maximum Burn xtreme after 10 days and then was charged $87.47.
When I called 1-888-787-9668, I was told I was too late, the free trial period began when I placed the order and I should have called on the 10th day.
They have agreed to refund 45% of cost as a restocking fee if I return the product even though it is unopened. However, on their return website of www.xmorders.com/mrf, if you return the product, they threaten to put your name, address, and credit card# in a fraud database so that you can't order anything else online.
I spoke with Blair, Ella, Jasmine and then a supervisor named Steven who filled out the return form anyway and sent me an email that was from me and to me (they wouldn't even put that it was from their company). Now I must return the full product for half the price and be put into a fraud database.
