Weight Loss Systems FCM (First Class Marketing) Scandalous, Dishonest, Faulty Product, No Return Address, Total Scam Hollywood, Florida
After reading what seemed like an editorial by a well-known T.V. personality, I signed up for a 10-day free trial to try the weight loss product she highly recommended and endorsed. It was written in the fine print that I would have 10 days to try the product and the right to return the unused product if not satisfied.
What they did not disclose is that 10 days starts from date of shipment and the product took 5 days to reach me. They are on the East Coast and I am on the West Coast. Call it buyer's remorse but I tried to immediately return the product in the packaging in which it had been sent. However, the only return address provided was a UPS shipping station in Chicago. There was no packing slip, no phone number, no address, nothing. I had to research online to get the information. I returned the product, however, it took another 5 + days to reach them so they went ahead and charged my account $87.47.
The next month, I received another shipment and $87.47 was again withdrawn from my account. I, again, returned the product, asking for full refund but they never complied. This happened two more months even though I have returned every shipment and demanded a refund.
This is a total scam. They deliberately did not provide any return shipment information. I am now out almost $300.00 and probably more before I can get this resolved. Do not fall for this fraudulent rip-off like I did.
