I know exactly how you feel! I, too ordered for the $3.87 trial period but received THE WRONG product after the trial period was over. They charged me $87.47 and said I should have called within the trial period. I called them at 1-888-787-9668 and I asked them how could I have called when I didn't have the product yet? They were VERY RUDE and told me I could return the product via www.xmorders.com/mrf but if I returned it I would only receive 45% of the cost and my information would be put in a fraud database so I would not be able to order anything else online. They need to be investigated!!!!
