Well Kneaded Massage Ripoff Gift Certificate Scam Does Not Honor Gift Certificates Defrauds Buyers Granada Hills California
I was given a "Gift Certificate" from a company in Granda Hills, CA. called Well Kneaded Massage.
This is a signed gift certificate for $90.
I just called to redeem this certificate, was rather curtly informed by the owner, "Selina" that they were not going to honor it.
She gave me some c**k and bull story that the company who bought gift certificates from her- a barter company called ACX- and somehow ripped her off and not compensated her for them.
I called Mark at ACX in Los Angeles- and he says this is total bullshit- that he settled in full with Selina for the gift certificates.
At the end of the day- I am the legal holder of a gift certificate from Well Kneaded for $90. I really don't care about their alleged dispute with ACX. I hold a gift certificate from their service which they are not honoring. This is reprehensible.
Whatever you do, DO NOT buy any gift certificates from Well Kneaded. This company lacks integrity. In fact, I would highly recommend not using their services at all.

I really do need a massage after dealing with them! Anyway- if anyone would like to see the gift certificate they are dishonoring- please contact me and I will fax it to you.
