Well Net ripoff, fraudulent billing dishonest Indiana
I began noticing that the Company Well Net was deducting a charge of $19.54 from my credit card. Approx 6 mo. ago I tried to contact the company and each time I was placed on hold for approx 1 hour and 20 minutes. In November of 2002 I decided to stay on hold at my place of employment until I received an agent. I was on hold for 1 hour 1/2.
I asked the company who they were and why were they charging my account. They told me that they were charging me for pharmaceutical prescriptions. I never requested this service and informed the agent of that. She said she would cancel my order, however, would not cancel anything prior to November.
This company has been charging my account for over 1 year!! I asked the agent for their address and she would not give it to me. I want a report made on them and I am persuing to sue the company.
