The company recruits employees via craigslist on a continous basis. During my course of employment, I observed multiple labor code violations as follows: payday schedule not written on work posters, bounced paychecks, cash payment in leiu of pay check. The company does not pay their employees on time and refuse to pick up the phone when trying to contact human resources. The company will find excuses or give you the runaround as to why your not getting paid and here is an example;

Patrol-I have Bcc'ed each of you in an attempt to keep the New-Hire's email addresses private, unfortunately the "Email Bandit" has a few email address's already so i cannot stop him from sending his latest rant to any of the older employees. please see the bellow message from Joe-Sean

-----Gentlemen;

I wanted to update you on the payroll situation. First and foremost I apologize for the lateness of payroll once again. As most companies we live and die on the premise that we get paid from our clients on time. Two things happened that caused this delay.

1. Year end and invoice processing delays - Our clients are going through a mountain of paperwork to finalize their year end and our invoices were most likely submitted later that usual

2. New accounting systems - Normally in the past our biggest clients would submit our invoices to their corporate offices in Irvine and we could at least pick up a check if they were late in processing it. This is not the case anymore. Our invoices now are mailed to a PO Box in another state and electronically approved by their management for payment. Needless to say this is the first month this happened and it has so far so bugs in the system to be worked out. I am confident this will be fixed by next month as I have personally been working with their management to fix the issues.

Nonetheless, we need our checks to pay our payroll. The good news is everything is in process and we should have payment of $14,942.43 in the next day or two to cover the entire payroll at each location. We are committed to paying payroll on time this year, and I personally will do whatever is needed to make this happen going forward. In the meantime please contact Sean Fraser for updates as I pass on the most current information that I have to him hourly if necessary.

Thanks for your patience,
