I’m not happy with the decision that you have made saying that the whole balance is not under fraud which it is.  I have not had the card since I have moved out here to Texas I have not used the credit card at all. It has been stolen I don’t have it and have not been using it at all.  The only reason that I had made payments on it is because I was in the process of buying a house and they said that if I didn’t make payments that it would affect my credit.  I have also contacted the police and I also signed the fraud paper and sent it in. I need this taken care of right away.  I will not be making payments because I didn’t do any of these charges at all.  As the card was stolen.  The fraud is on the whole balance. 

This has been going on since 2008.  They keep transferring the balance to another card and then doing the same thing each time. I don’t have the card at all .  The whole card is under fraud.   I need this taken care of today please I was told that it would be off of there I don’t have the card at all and have not used it at all so please realize the only reason I made payments is because they said this would affect my credit if I didn’t and I don’t even get statements as I don’t use the card this is not right this whole card is fraud.
