I have had all of the problems in the past that everyone has had with this company. They are terrible. My brother-in-law co-signed the loan for this car and it is in his name only. We are now living in another state and are going to begin the process of TITILING in this state. IF ANYONE KNOWS THE ADDRESS THAT I NEED TO SEND MY TITILING INFORMATION TO, THAT WOULD BE A GREAT HELP. I dont want to send my information to some one who is just going to throw it away. I dont want this process to be as much of a hell trip that all the others were. Any help any one can give me would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

I would not be suprised if they did not even have the title! I have had a loan with them since November of 2005, and have not been able to legally tag or pay taxes and drive my vehicle since January 10, 2006. Wells Fargo strung me along for 6 months with the whole 48 hour thing to send to the DMV so I could get it tagged... and just last week after weeks and months of contacting them they tell me they don't have the title, and it was never sent to them! I have since had to purchase a new vehicle for work, since I can't drive the car I financed thru them, and stopped payments on it in June! Not sure what is going to happen, but they and the auto dealer are breaking the Fair Trade Practices laws! Good Luck! You have fully paid for yours, and they still won't release it! These guys are really too much! We need a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GUYS!
