Placed a hold on my $800 check. Had -$10 in checking, and -$174 in savings. Mostly composed of fees and fines charged by Wells Fargo. Clearly I need the money. Teller said she couldn't cash the check, manager suggests we put in the atm and use the "less 200 quick cash" button. I tell her if for any reason the check cannot be cashed here I will need it BACK so a friend can cash it at his bank and I can eat dinner that night. So the manager allows the atm to eat my check. She can't do anything . Promises to remove a $10 fee from my checking acct. She never did that. Next she calls her customer service hotline. And the lady on that call COULDN'T not override the system either. Fail. So that makes me wonder:::: When did AI get promoted above the humans??

Its YOUR account and because YOU don't know how to manage it by keeping a check register and maintaining an on-going running balance, YOU are overdrawn. All this could have been avoided by YOU. Its all their fault, isn't it and its all fraud, right?
No, I don't work for them.
