wells fargo/wachovia over due refund of overpayment of fee duluth, Georgia
a check for a refund of an over payment to a personal line of credit was supposedly mailed to me by the bank on july 7, 2010. the check was not received nor cashed. an affidavidit by me was done at the bank on nevember 2, 2010(per the instructions of the bank). the branch is the medlock/statesbridge office in duluth.
a second affadavit was done the same month. the bank manager and her assistant were both made aware of the situation. i closed my account dueto this and other poor service reasons.
to this date i have not received the refund!!!

Anthony, Make sure to type in 658305 and read Lee's Ripoff Report about the $100,000 that was obviously stolen from his safety deposit box at a Wells Fargo bank.....

Then type in 453956 and read Jim's Ripoff Report. He can't get his $100,000 CD that he took out at a Wells Fargo bank for his grandchildren's college education.
