WEN by Chaz Dean RIP OFF COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS - THEY WILL GET YOU!! Des Moines Iowa
I'm not sure where to begin.... I ordered WEN 30 day supply on line. $29.95 for 30 day supply with free shipping! sounds good.... I decided to try the product. I received it a few days after I ordered it on-line. The product is basically a heavy conditioner... you can get the same from CVS! It feels like you have mayo on your hair!!! NASTY! so I decided not to use it again!
2 weeks later, I see another charge from WEN of my credit card for $39.95. SO i called them and said why did you charge my CC again? they said you never cancelled your account and we have auto-ship and we have already shipped out the product to you... I said I dont want it!!! So they cancelled my account and said we can not refund you the money until we get the shipment back. ANNOYING!!! so I returned the products to them 2 weeks ago.... I called yesterday to see the status, they said they cant tell if I shipped the products back to them for another 3-4 weeks and my card will be charged again on the 22nd of this month.
NOW im IRATE!!! what do you mean??? I cancelled my account!!!! The agent told me that they cant tell I shipped it back for another month and there is nothing that that they can do!!!!!
RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
now I have to change my CC and do a charge back!!!! Thanks CHAZ DEAN!!!!! KARMA will come back to haunt you!!! if this is now you make money; I feel bad for you!!!!1
