Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Just wanting to warn others not to do business here.  We bought a vehicle from this company and the vehicle looked very good cosmetically, but don't let looks fool you.  After having the car for 4 days, it started overheating.  We found out the head gasket was blown and apparently someone had known this to be the case because there had been something put into the radiator (some type of slimy stuff) to cover it up.  We called Wendell Auto Brokers about it and they asked had we bought the warranty.  We told them no but we had just gotten the vehicle, we shouldn't already be having to spend this amount of money in repairs.  They told us there was nothing they could do since we didn't purchase their warranty.  About a week later we received a phone call asking how the repairs were coming.  We explained there had been no repairs because we couldn't afford to make any.  They then said that they had decided to fix the head gasket for us.  So they fixed that and we picked it back up a week later.

Now 3 1/2 months later, the transmission has gone out in it.  We've kept a check on the fluids and all since day 1 and everything has looked fine.  There was only 3,000 miles put on the vehicle during that time.  We called Wendell Auto Brokers and told them what had happened.  They said they would finance the transmission into our payments for an additional $100 a month.  We told them no, we couldn't afford to pay $400 a month for a vehicle we keep having issues with.  We told them that they could come pick up the vehicle.  Now 2 days later, I get a call from our insurance company saying that they have filed a claim on my policy saying the vehicle had been wrecked when it never was.  I have gone and located the vehicle at the mechanics shop.  We were on the phone with the insurance company when we were at the vehicle and they asked that we take pictures of the vehicle and send it to them.  I use to work in insurance and apparently Wendell Auto Brokers doesn't realize that is insurance fraud when you are trying to report a false claim.  These people are crooks and I just don't know how they can even live with themselves at night!!!
