These ladies promised a psychic reading report on yourself and a talisman or some type of medallion for that subject. They have something at the end of the email for you to buy and it supposed to bring you closer to your goal. You give them your credit card number and it takes a few business days to get your report and the medallion. Well when you get your report in the mail it includes: report in a booklet and you get the medallion and that's it. The picture shows a necklace that the medallion should be on but I guess you have to order that and pay more for it.
