Wendy Ducote, a licensed insurance and my x-daughter-in-law, sold me a business insurance policy in 6/2008. I found out later that she listed her husband as the owner and the address was her home address. She then cancelled our policy after I paid a hefty down payment, without notifying me in an attempt to get the refund check for the time remaining on the policy.
She left us without insurance, destroyed our business and now I have received a call from Caine Weiner collectors of some kind, threatening me if I don't pay more on this policy that I personally cancelled, I will be sued.
Wendy Ducote has pleaded nolo and was convicted of her crimes against me and my business in Cherokee Co, Ga.
Beware of her selling insurance in Bartow, Cherokee, Forsyth and other Georgia counties.

This is an obvious attempt at a vengeful woman grasping ar straws. First of all I was never the agent on her policy. I closed my agency prior to her opening her business. Second of all her policy was cancelled for non-payment of premium. Third of all her son was part owner of said business and Barbara decided to empty the company bank account and run off with the money. Apparently this is something she is prone to doing as her felony embezzlement conviction proves.
This woman and her son have practically ruined my life and have disrupted my family like no one ever has. The things they two have done are deplorable and cruel.
Finally, thank you , Steve for speaking the truth. I wish I knew who you are so I could thank you personally.

Since the young lady's picture from Google is posted, I know exactly who posted this Barbara Ducote. Have you paid your taxes lately? Thought so.
What is going on here is the ex-mother in law is trying to destroy Ms Trobaugh. She really is a nice lady that has handled my insurance in Cartersville for many years. She is a very reasonable and respectful young lady with 2 beautiful young children. Her ex-husband's physo mother hates everyone. Barbara Ducote is a convicted felon. Yet she's out on the street instead of the funny farm.
Personally I think everyone should use Ms Trobaugh. Her service is the best!

Wendy Ducote, a licensed insurance agent, sold me a business insurance policy in 6/2008. She committed criminal acts against me and my business resulting in criminal prosecution in Cherokee Co., Ga. Beware of any dealings with this person.
