Wesley Financial Group, LLC works with time share owners that feel they have been misled during the purchase of their timeshare. The company also works with individuals who no longer would like to own their timeshare. .

Mr. Chuck McDowell, CEO of Wesley Financial Group stated, “We have a competitive advantage because of our customer service department and the length of time the representatives have worked together. Additionally, I (along with other individuals) was the first to complete a timeshare cancellation. Furthermore, I have been in the business for five years.” .

The process for Wesley Financial to start working with clients starts when they acquire leads purchased from sources such as Jarrett Leads, data warehouses, individuals who perform courthouse retrieval, US List, and Google search results for timeshare owners. From there, a customer service representative (CSR) contacts individuals who own timeshares. They discuss the purchase with them to find out if they feel there was anything deceitful during their purchase process. If the prospective client does feel there was deceitfulness in the purchase process, the call is transferred to the vice president (VP) in the resolution department. The VP goes over the process with the prospective client to determine if the individual was indeed misled during their purchase of the timeshare and if they would like to cancel their agreement. If so, the VP sends the client a contract and once received, the cancellation process starts. During this process, if the CSR or VP discovers that the purchase of the timeshare is legitimate, the client will be informed that Wesley Financial cannot perform cancellation services. .

McDowell stated, “Wesley Financial’s typical process for handling a complaint goes through the VP of the resolution department, who will contact the client and discuss the complaint with them. We assign a representative in the resolutions department to work one on one with the client and resolve the complaint. If no resolution can be made, we utilize the Better Business Bureau’s arbitration.” .

During the course of the onsite interview, Mr. McDowell described instances when a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received: “When a contract is signed, the client is informed that the cancellation usually takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months to complete, and sometimes cancellations can occur within 45 days. When this happens, clients become somewhat upset because they feel not enough work has been done. When completing a cancellation, we offer timeshare points to the client. Most complaints come from cancellations being performed more quickly than originally stated and are not usually escalated after discussions with our resolutions department.” .

Wesley Financial feels they are working towards their commitment to “do whatever it takes” at the request of Ripoff Report because the VP of the Resolutions Department was hired to head the department and oversee that clients have one on one attention to their individual cases. Mr. McDowell stated, “It means a lot to Wesley Financial, as a company that is an advocacy company working with individuals who have been misled or deceived when purchasing timeshares. It is comforting to know that Ripoff Report has the Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program to ensure that consumers are not being ripped off by predatory companies.” .

Additionally, the company mentioned that Wesley Financial’s only connection to the VO Group is that Mr. McDowell previously held the position of VP of Sales for them. Mr. McDowell was only there for 9 months and left because VO only employed two resolution representatives to handle the entire organization. He did not reel two representative could provide the level of service clients deserved. .

Ripoff Report believes that the 2 postings on Ripoff Report are false. As stated above, Ripoff Report did a mailing to the 2 people that posted about Wesley Financial Group, no one responded to our offer for the company to make things right with them. We explain in our email to the alledged customer, the member business cannot sue anyone who contacted them or did business with them if they contact us back. Still, no reply. .

Wesley Financial Group has been listed at the top of the search engines on Ripoff Report with no complaints other than the 2 Reports that were filed where no one responded to Ripoff Report. Wesley Financial Group must be doing something right. .

Wesley Financial Group has no affiliation with any other company around the USA and they stand strongly behind the services they offer. Chuck McDowell has had a timeshare company sue him and try to put him out of business. Not only is Mr. McDowell is the only person to ever stand up to a timeshare company, he also beat them in a federal court. Obviously, a company that is out to scam or take advantage of people would not be able to make it through such trials. .

It is apparent that Mr. McDowell is an on-site CEO that is constantly working with and training his employees and personally working with clients. .

I am writing to warn about Wesley Financial group. We were down in our finances and recieved a call from a Jennifer gibson stating we approved for a 10,000 dollar loan. To secure the loan we needed to send them a payment to cover the first five months. the money never came and then we recieved a second call stating we needed to send more money because there was a problem with the lender. Please please take my warning about this scam don't fall for it the way I did. Anonymous Virginia Beach, Virginia
