I ordered flowers from internet that was one price, but charged me more. i asked what was the total, cause i only had a certain amount to spend. they have false advertising about price. take more than you authorize., and would not return money unless they went back to confiscate flowers after they had been delivered a day late even! when I called, causey account was in over draft. they said what do you want me to do about it, and that's our policy. when I said my phone conversation was recorded. when I authorized what amount, they said we will put you under phone review. get back to you later. wow really!
