Ordered flowers days before needed delivery date. Made the customer service representative aware of who what and where the ordered was to go...with a confirmation e-mail of our conversation. The day of the delivery they chose to wait for their fresher flowers to be incorporated into the delivery. The funeral home never received the flowers.
