Ordered flowers days before needed delivery date.  Made the customer service representative aware of who what and where the ordered was to go...with a confirmation e-mail of our conversation.  The day of the delivery they chose to wait for their fresher flowers to be incorporated into the delivery.  The funeral home never received the flowers.  

Call customer service insured me I would receive a credit.  I have called daily for 35 days. Sometimes I may call twice of a day.  Along with countless e-mail
