STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!
The Internet Manager brags about some of his sales where he had customers crying in their cars after he ripped them off. He knows the names by heart fo customers he took for a ride. Sold someone an Odyssey that sells for $35,000 and after paying it off, they it will be double. He laughs at people who he's ripped off. So do other salesmen. They know those people by name off the tip of their tongue. Those who they couldn't they don't care about.
They'll bump your interest rate up a few points to make more money! Get the rate from your bank or credit union so you aren't ripped off. And the extended warranties and extras are a major ripoff. They are huge profit centers. A $795 Simoniz of your car costs them $125. That's a 650 percent markup!!!!!!
The Used Car Manager won't give you anywhere what your car is worth and comes up with excuses for it. Go to Kelley Blue Book and find out what it's worth. Demand that number.
Also for a new car demand fair purchase price at Kelley Blue Book as well or else they will charge your thousands more. But I wouldn't do any of that anyway. I would run away and go elsewhere!

Says they ripped off people. Is greed and ripoff the same thing? No wonder why I hate car salespeople.

"They'll bump your interest rate up a few points to make more money! Get the rate from your bank or credit union so you aren't ripped off." You are correct that it's better to obtain financing from a financial institution but that doesn't constitute a rip-off. "A $795 Simoniz of your car costs them $125. That's a 650 percent markup" You are incorrect. That is a 536% markup. Greed is not the same as a rip-off. Auto dealers are not required to follow Kelley Blue Book pricing. Were you recently fired from Westbrook Honda?
