I had spoken with account manager William Smith who set up scheduled agreement to pay off the $350 balance I owed. I gave him the dates that would work for me. I advised Mr. Smith that I was in a bind with my mortgage and could not pay the full $350 in November. I gave November 30, 2007 to pay $175 and the remaining $175 on 12/14/07. Mr. Smith said that was unaceptable. He needed the account settled before the month was out.

We went back and forth because that was not condusive to my budget. Mr. Smith then stated he would only do agreement if I paid $250 on the 30th of November and remaining $150 on 12/14/07. So he faxed me the agreement before I gave him the bank information.

But when I checked my bank funds on 11/19/07 I realized my account was not where it should have been because Westbury had pulled the entire $350 on 11/16/07 causing me not to be able to follow through with my agreement with my Wells Fargo Mortgage lender.
