We applied to AT&T for internet services. AT&T used Sage Stream to get a credit rating. Sage Stream gave us a credit score of 478. As a result, AT&T declined our application. Being concerned, we asked the 3 major credit rating companies for our credit history. We had a perfect credit history. We paid TransUnion for our credit score, which was 827. We feel that the low score from Sage Stream damaged our credit history. We plan on seeking legal action against Sage Stream for damaging our credit rating.
