My complaint is over the rediculous maintenance fees. I have demanded a list of the board members, the minutes from the meetings, and the dates / locations of all future meetings. I plan to go to these meetings and publish what is said. I will find out if the members are elected. I also demanded an itemized breakdown of the maintenance on my unit. $880 for 2 weeks of maintenance is absurd! My fees were only $159 when I bought in 1990!
