      The wife and I bought with westgate about 2 years ago, we were showed a particular cabin and told that we would be purchasing this type cabin.  So the wife and I decided to use our beautiful cabin for the week we purchased, thinking what a great time we would have in this cabin this time of the year, the leaves changing color and the coolness of the air. So I called to set up reservations for the seven day week we purchased, we could not get a seven day week only a six day week.  I asked why we could not get a seven day week as we have purchased, the lady told me no one gets the seven day week, the extra day was for maintenance and cleanup.  I figured no big deal we loose a day, we have been waiting almost two years for this beautiful cabin.



     We arrive on the day of check in, greeted wonderfully.  As we looked up the mountain we could see the beautiful cabins all the way up the hillside, we were so excited or you might say really antsie to see our beautiful cabin that we have been paying toward for two years.



    After check-in our concierge escorted us up the mountain.



    Then when we reached our destination, the horror begin.  Nothing was as they had told us it would be two years ago.  The cabin was not a cabin, but a motel room.  The floor plans were different, with some things excluded and some things changed.  We had a beautiful window view of the stairwell.  Our bedroom window was located in the hallway with people walking up and down the hallway, just like a motel room.  No curtains over the window, people could see thru the window if we were in there changing clothes, so we had no privacy. The stove was a cooktop with no oven.  Only a shower in the bath area, no jacuzzi tub like we were showed.



     We noted our concerns with the concierge and he said he would get us in touch with someone to fix this problem.  He got us in touch with someone allright.  They were trying to sell us something else, higher price in the exact same place they had showed us two years ago.  I told them that I would not do business with liars and cheats. And we finished our six days of horror and spent one night in a beautiful cabin before we came home.  I have called and they said they would fix this problem and would call us back but we have heard nothing from them.  So if there is anyone out there that has the same problem and would like to hire a legal attorney for a class action suit.  Get in touch with me.

Try this....Then next time you visit the resort, put a small digital voice recorder in your pocket.  Record the entire conversation, take it to a lawyer, or threaten to get one.  They will listen then.
