Complaint Review: Westgate resorts-Vicky's tickets-golden coral - Orlando Florida

i will not use my familys name in this report because i am reporting a crime ring! So I was on vacation in Florida with my husband and kids for my daughters birthday. We had planned to have her birthday at the Majic kingdom because she is very into the Disney princess and magic. We had plan to go to the magic kingdom the day before we leave we where on a schedule and planed to go on her actual birthday. Our secound day in town we where on international drive where we stopped at a golden coral restaurant to have a bite to eat. Upon opening the dope to the restaurant we where approached by a gentlemen at a kioaks inside the restaurant wearing a west gate resorts shirt and name badge and he told us he had the best deala in town on theme park tickets. I told him we where here to eat he then told me he was partners with Golden Corral to speak to me on the way out, so on the way out after eating he told us that he can save us a ton of money on tickets. He had 2 optiona his company Westgate resorts/Golden Corral offers to there guests. 1 was to do a 90 minute time share tour and the 2nd to go to there other location Vicky's tickets and buy brand new tickets I asked how those tickets where so cheap. After reading stories about black market tickets he said that Vicky's tickets and west gate resorts has a deal with Disney that these where Disney employees. I told him I was weary and he then said we are partner with golden coral and Westgate resorts billion dollar companies we would not be here if it was a scam. I then politely declined and left the address to this golden coral was 8032 international drive Orlando fl. We then went about our day and went to fun spot the kids had a blast the next morning we went to breakfast at a different golden coral located at 8707 Vineland ave Orlando fl, again we where greeted by a gentlmen in a Westgate resorts shirt with a Westgate resorta name tag inside the Golden Corral restaurant at the counter. So while we say and ate me and my husband discussed possibly buying tickets from this place since this is the 2nd restaurant we went to at golden coral a big companie that is partnered with resort and ticket store. So I asked a golden coral employee which was cleaning tables if the place is legit the gentlemen with the west gate shirt she said yes so on the way out we decided to purchase tickets from golden corals partner/west gate resorts the gentlemen exsprained they the ticked would cost $85 per adult $80 per child and that I would have to leave a deposit to hold my brand new Disney tickets for pick up the next morning at Vicky's tickets. My total came to $580 I had to leave a $60 deposit with tha gentlemen at golden coral he supplied me with a reciept with Vicky's tickets address directiona and phone number of 407-791-2000. I called this number and believe to of spoked to a women names vicky who assured me this was a legit transaction so the next morning I arrived at Vicky's tickets with my family and my daughter dressed as cinderella for her birthday to to pick up our tickets and was surprised to see a store front with had to be 100 people picking up tickets. Seem to be a legit buisness they exsplained that they disney employees and would escort me to the park so I paid the balance and had to wait 30 minutes and was off to the park. I met the Disney employee in the parking lot where he handed me the tickets when I went to use the tickets they went red my finger print. Did not work disney told me these tickets where already used and started to ask me a bunch of question my daughter started to cry I was told that Vicky's tickets is not a authorized ticket seller and I needed to go get a refund that I was scamed and would not get into the park with these tickets. With the money I set aside to go to Disney at vickys tickets I then rushed back to get my money when I get to Vicky's tickets I'm told they have been robbed and have no money what a coincidence.  I contact we the sherif office to find out this place is a scam and the Ladie I spoke with is Jonise medina and not vicky and that Jonise medina is the owner and it was indeed a scam. With my daughter crying I had lost the money to take her to Disney for her birthday by this time we where out of time and was going home the next day we never got to go to Disney. I did some research and Jonise medina owns positive direction marketing, david siegal owns central Florida investments which owns west gate resort. Eric Holm owns both Golden Corrala his company is metro corral partners inc. I plan to sue all 3 companies and i am in the process of contacting news outlets. This is a multimillion dollar crime ring scam. I will never eat at a golden coral again. My vacation and daughters birthday was ruined by these companies. Please do not fall into this trap and buy your tickets at the gate!!!
