Westgate Resorts used fast talking lying salesmen who witheld info, that would make you not buy Orlando Florida
I was given false info to encourage me to buy. they prey on senior citizens. when you go to book there are all kinds of hidden fees that you were not told about. I bought a 2 bedroom lock-off I was told that it would be two complete 1 bedroom apartments, today I found out it is one apt and one studio. I was given the wrong date of completion. was given wrong tax and maintenance amounts. I was told if I wanted to sell I would have to come to them first.
I went to them today out of frustration and they said I had to find my own buyer. I wanted to speak with someone higher than a supvr. and was told that they would be in meetings all day. this has become a nightmare for me. I did not purchase this to be told if I picked a week with a holiday I would have to pay 250.00. I think these people are unfair and are building their fortune on the backs of the trusting buyers.
I believe a class action suit will take them down a peg and make them become more responsible for their salesmen who are just out to make a fast buck.
This company does not seem to care how their salespeople represent them. They act like they are not accountable for their actions. All I got today was I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry----Well!! I think a class action suit will really make them sorry. A11 I was told today about their salespeople was that they come and they go. Which leads me to believe that they just do not give a d**n about the poor suckers that are sucked into their webs of deceit.
