Westgate Resorts Planet Hollywood Towers Company was very forcefully in getting us to sign offering many things that upon reading the paper work, we found out was totally untrue Orlando, Florida
After many hours of slick salesman ship we were informed that we were not being conned when I asked about the one week share option....I was informed that we could swap with endless people for up to 50 weeks per annum.We also asked if we could use the offer as a tax detection in Australia otherwise it would be of no use to us.We were informed that we could and that they had many Australians on their books. We signed only after another manager was called in and reassured us. When we returned home and actually read all the documents we found some other paperwork had suddenly appeared and also photo copies as well, which we had not seen or signed. The next morning we tried to return by hand all the paperwork and a cancellation letter, but these were refused and we were told that we were in a contract that could not be broken....we were not informed of our cooling off rightsWe were told to contact Florida h.o. We sent the letter towhead office while we were still in the USA We also tried to find their email address but failed. We did not receive any written mention of our rights to cancel and we appear to be running out of time.
