I am reporting Westlake Financial Services in Los Angeles CA. 90010. They call me at least 20 to 25 times before my payment has time to get in. My payment is due the 31st of every month i mail it at least one week prior to the due date. They should receive it within a week. I always mail a check for with my account number on it but they say that they don't receive it. It was after I mailed my payment 2weeks later they call and threaten to reposse my car if i don't call them and allow them to take it from me if i don't call the bank and do an eft(electronic withdrawal). My payment stayed in their mail room over a week. I threatened to call an attorney to prove to them I made my payment and fax them a copy of the check and even give them my banks telephone number to verify., of course they didn't believe me so I ALMOST LOST MY CAR!!!! I recently tried to better myself and tried to purchase another car and use mine thru them for a trade in. I bought the car for 4995.00, I have been paying on this vehicle for a year now. The balance is not even down to 4995.00 yet. they ran my credit so I could purchase this other car and was'nt even on my credit report. You bet your sweet behind if I miss a payment it would destroy my credit. I filed bankruptcy and I purchased this car to rebuild my credit but it's not even on my credit report. I was told by another car dealership I got SCREWED  and I sure don't appreciate it at all. Today is March 5,2010 they have called me 15 times in the last 2 days my payment was mailed on February 24,2010.

I have been dealing with the company for about 3 years and Im almost done paying off my truck with them. I was getting alot of calls and being harrassed by them. I was being told to do things that made it hard to get my truck paid. They also told me that I was late paying it. I would do a money gram with them to know it was paid and then called them. It was a pain but did it. They even did a repo on it. I got my truck back. But I didnt know that I had 2 payments at the end of my loan, plus I owed them for the repo. So what I did was paid my 2 payments. Then I still got calls all day and night up to 20 of them a day. So what I did was to email the BBB and filled out the form to them and told them what the company was doing to me. I got an email back from the company and it didnt say anythign on what I was telling them. So when I emailed them back and told them that they still didnt fix it. Well to this day I dont get any calls or letters from them. Maybe if you email the BBB they might help.This it the name of the person to get a hold of if u still have problems she will help I have called her and she helped me Kim Navarro, a compliance agent, directly at 323-900-3007.
