Where did you get your criminal training?
Apparently you got into the vacant apartment when the boyfriend of the woman who used to live there came to paint
and "clean out" the apartment, because he felt bad. I bet he felt bad, after all a woman with a "rap sheet" a mile long probably had a lot of "good stuff" that the boyfriend wanted to make sure he got out of the apartment. I am sure that the boyfriend had permission from the landlord right? After all if she abandoned the apartment she really didn't have any rights to it anymore did she. I'd also wonder what tests you performed to KNOW that the blood you saw wasn't her's. I am sure you handed those test results over to the police.
How about all of the photos you took, have those been turned in? What about the brick? I am sure you handed that over as well. You say you know everything about your neighbors, well that is because you look like someone who sticks her nose where it doesn't belong.
If you don't think the cops did their job then hand over all of this to her defense attorney. If they think it will help they will use it. If they don't...well I am sure that your next RipOff report will be on them and how they don't defend the innocent.

I have been a single mom for years and I had full custody of my son! No surprise! I had surmised this but it's nice of you to confirm my suspicion. The father never gets anything other than what is in the agreement! Get arrested or run over by a drunking taxi driver and watch what happens. Especially if the father WAS LIVING with you as you state the father was living there as recently as a couple of months ago.
There is no way that he could take my child without my permission, Oh yes there are some ways. You are ignorant. My wife is a CPS child abuse investigator and I can assure you there are MANY SCENARIOS inwhich your children can be taken without your precious permission.
We went in an took picture they used really heavy cinder blocks, and by the way there was blood on the glass and it is not stephs! LOL! This from the walking and talking mobile CSI lab (complete with DNA analysis.) LOL! She will be found not quilty soon. Perhaps. Don't forget to testify!!!
I have lived in the building for 15 yrs and know everything about my neighbors. So you can BLahhh Blaahhh alll you want, I suspect you don't know half of what you think. Typical nosey drug rattled neighbor. I saw her landlord because he needed to get in due to a leak in the apartment and I told him what had happened and he told me that everhing was in Stephs name and he had no rights to the apartment. So go kiss my a**! Who said anything about the father having a right to the apartment? This druggie gibberish is coming from one source-YOU. What you don't understand is what a bail bondsman can and cannot do. A bail bondsman who is revoking bail CAN go into the apartment. As a matter of fact, the bail bondsman could have broken the door in but instead chose a more subtle and less violent approach by bringing the father along-smart and responsible bail bondsman! he was always smoking pot and asking for pain meds from the neighbors, he was addicted to them and tried to get them through my sons friends, I know alot I know more than you so kiss my a*s!
Your son's friends? Do tell. Again I'm not surprised. Now go pop another pill before you have a stroke.
they barged in without her permission ramsacked her home took her cell phone with pictures of things that he had stolen from work and did this whole thing to take all of her pain meds she had just gotten from the Dr the day before,
A bail bondsman doesn't need permission to enter the apartment of the person whom the bail is revoked. You have to have a court order to take kids from a woman has full custody of her kids get a life you idiots! Not during an emergency situation as this was. The mother was GOING TO JAIL and the FATHER WAS ON THE SCENE. The police acted appropriately. You need a court order to make the new custody arrangement permanent. Cops don't stand out in a parking lot and allow someones home to be ramsacked! You are in La La land! They were not married!
You indicate in this ROR that he was living there as recently as two months ago AND it was the bail bondsman that was entering the apartment to apprehend a perp to return her to jail. It doesn't matter WHAT YOU don't like or believe, fathers have rights.
You would make a piss poor cop get not facts and just assume the answers! At least I and others would make it through the drug screening to become cops. I suspect you and your son would not get through the screening process that far.
LMAO! Go light up another dobie! LOL!

I do know what happened in that apartment! I am a neighbor in the same building of 6 condos you idiot! We new the girls boyfriend who had the apartment with her, before he moved due to her behavior, he felt bad and came back to clean it out and paint!
I have been a single mom for years and I had full custody of my son! The father never gets anything other than what is in the agreement!
There is no way that he could take my child without my permission, Steph had full custody and you are stupid! We went in an took picture they used really heavy cinder blocks, and by the way there was blood on the glass and it is not stephs! She will be found not quilty soon. Judge all you want I have lived in the building for 15 yrs and know everything about my neighbors. So go kiss my a*s!
He was a boyfriend that left to live with another woman! The locks were changed and he didn't give a s**t about those kids until now, he was always smoking pot and asking for pain meds from the neighbors, he was addicted to them and tried to get them through my sons friends, I know alot I know more than you so kiss my a*s!
If the police would of done their job they would of found out who had legal rights to her home, they barged in without her permission ramsacked her home took her cell phone with pictures of things that he had stolen from work and did this whole thing to take all of her pain meds she had just gotten from the Dr the day before, he did it all to get the drugs he is addicted to, Steph was in a car accident and needs them for her back, her Doctors refused to treat Matt anymore because he didn't need them, so he was always taking hers............
You have to have a court order to take kids from a woman has full custody of her kids get a life you idiots!

The Police Officer was RIGHT! She and the rest of the Officers were taking care of a volatile situation and when she told to you back off that is what you should have done. Be grateful you did not end up in handcuffs for impeding a Police Investigation. The Police know their jobs and are restricted because of IDIOTS like you filing reports against them. Don't like the way they do their job I have a suggestion - Move to Mexico.

I REALLY wish there were some way to keep people like this whole sorry, stupid, drug soaked bunch from having kids. They are all completely unsuited to be parents. I feel SO sorry for the poor children and hope someone gets them out of that environment before it's too late. If they stay with any of you, they have no chance whatsoever of having a decent life.

Your telling of the events is HIGHLY suspect. How DID you get in the apartment and determine how the brick(s) was thrown? Trespassing will get you in trouble.

He was her common law husband, not legal so I got confused..................his name was not on the lease.........just like his name was not on he documents of full custody for the children.................He left her for another woman.....................abandoned the kids until he wanted to come in to get the prescriprion drugs! And revoked her bond to get the drugs and to take the kids as revenge.

BTW, your hostile reactions just urge people to rattle you and YOU have to expect this to happen when you post on an open forum like Ripoff Report and respond like an out of control moron. Don't like it? Don't post here.
Also, what's "stupid purgery?"

Actually, a 3 ring doper circus!!! We have a mother, father, and goofy neighbor.
1. Father's have rights. She's going to jail so the father takes the kids. Nothing wrong with that except in your world. This is what would normally occur unless there is some reason ALREADY on record with the authorities, that the father should not have the kids.
2. Father revokes bond. Yup, that's what any cosigner on a bond has a right to do. Perhaps you would be happier if he didn't cosign in the first place. That way, she would have been in jail for a while and he would have already had the kids before your little tantrum with the cops.
3. You don't know squat about what happened in the upper apartment. There are 3 sides to every story and you only know ONE side, what the mother tells you. This is the same mother who is arrested for breaking into a SECOND FLOOR apartment. The 3 sides are HERS, HIS, and the wavy line down the middle called the truth. This is the same mother who makes kids and LIVES WITH a drug abuser.
Hot tip: Birds of a feather, flock together-this includes YOU, little miss best friend forever.
4. It's lucky for you that you backed down when the cops ignored "your truth," otherwise you could have been arrested for interferring with police/governmental administration.
5. In typical doper/drug abuser fashion you call anyone who disagrees with you names. OKey Dokey.
6. Go pop some more pills or smoke some more "herb" and mind your own business when the police are trying to do their job. You can say what you wish when you TESTIFY at her trial.
Shees!

totally incompetent and borderline stupid......according to you. I'm sure you have no bias in this little "Ripoff Report." It's now the responsibility of the DA and the courts to sort out the events. You can always give your info to their defense counsel and offer to testify. Just be careful not to let your friendship cause you to commit perjury.

Husband and Boyfriend are not interchangeable terms, so of course one has to wonder why you did use them that way. You seem to be a witness to everything..except for one tiny part. The incident with the other apartment for which she was originally arrested.
Unfortunately law enforcement needs something a little more than some random person saying "I know it is a mistake", and "she is too small to throw a brick". Which is probably why they didn't call you back. Also, if he is her husband and unless he has been formally evicted from the apartment he probably still has rights and can enter it legally. The other thing is that if the husband is the father and there is already a court order for visitation only this may have been going on for quite a while.
You also seem to know a lot about this guy and everything he does. Yet you didn't answer how you got into the other apartment to view the damage or what relationship you are in all of this.

Her husband/boyfriend of 8 yrs not married, he revoked the bond because he knew she had just gotten all the prescription drugs for her back that he liked to take them on a regular basis. He knew that she got them from the Doctor the day before, he was kicked off previously because they diddn't want to be his doctor anymore and that he didn't need the pills. His only goal was to get the drugs and the kids, this is the first time that they were priority since he left to be with another woman. You just don't Barge in have the kids mother put in handcuffs and take her kids!
What are you an idiot! I am a witness to this whole thing! It is Matt Williams fault this happen.
The Westminster police were totally wrong in ignoring this whole situation, why they stood by and did nothing!
He had no right to comein and steal the kids and drugs with the bounty hunter friend as his partner in crime.
What police would stand by and do nothing while he is ramsacking her home. Stupid Woman rookie cop! When the real cops came they did nothing also to talk to me or others while they were inside.

No one sounds like they should have those kids...
You say that her "husband" got her out on bail. Then he moved out and had an affair. When she wouldn't take her "husband" back he had the bond revoked. Okay up to here sounds bad on his part. But then you switch a bit....You say that when they bounty hunter came to take her in, her "boyfriend" was there taking the kids. But according to you the boyfriend only had a court order allowing only visitation rights. Now a court won't generally issue a court order for custody/visitation rights unless that person has a direct relationship with the kids(I.E. The boyfriend is the father). It would also explain why when the husband came with the bounty hunter that it was the boyfriend trying to take the kids from the apartment.
So she has a husband who was a pothead(because he sold pot to a kid), but has kids with her pothead boyfriend. At the very least this sounds like a very interesting arrangement. I would also bet that there is more to this story that both the courts and Child welfare would love to know about.
Also, I would think that there would be no problem for a 100lb woman to lift a brick, after all I would bet that the kids weigh more than a brick and she has no problem lifting them. But really wonder what you did to investigate all of this? Illegal Entry perhaps into the other apartment? What is your relationship in all of this?
By the way escaping from the hospital is not the way to get this taken care of and her kids back.
