Weston Ryon Sub contracted my Foundation Repair company, he must paid us at the job completion one month ago. He don't answer phone, text or e-mail. He said his office will send me the check, nothing happens, I went to his office, his office is vacant.

We did the Foundation Repair work in a Commercial Building, Aubrey Texas. I wondering if The owner of the building has knowledge of this situation. Definitely Weston do not use the clients resources to pay to the subcontractors.

Weston pay me the 7.7k that you owe me!

We are sorry you feel that way. As we have also communicated with you and your company that the work is not completed nor was the work done correctly. Below we have bullet pointed some facts that you have blatantly left out....

  • you have received 3 draw payments on this project totaling more than 70% of agreed price
  • the client is aware, and also the one who pointed out your mistakes and understands why your final payment is being held back
  • you left the jobsite in a disaster that took 2 days to clean up, which created more cost
  • floor joist that were installed by your company are still not secured
  • floor joist still arent level
  • we have never "sent" you a payment. You have always picked them up at the office or met at jobsite to collect so you know thats not true and you also know that the office isn't vacant. Same would be the case here if you would properly complete the job.

Fact of the matter is, you posted this in hopes that it would result in a faster payment. Since we only have one cell phone number for your company and someone different answers every time then maybe messages arent being passed on. We have messages from Teresa today apologizing for why the company even posted this complaint along with more messages explaining her trying to get the post removed due to the premature attempt of forcing payment.

We understand you want the final payment and once the 3rd party engineer does the inspection and you make the necessary repairs then you will receive your final payment. You did another project for us in February which you were paid for IN FULL and VERY PROMPTLY so don't try to make this out to be a payment issue on our end.
