WARNING Windtree Condominiums and Westward Realty and Management Group, Dave Christensen. Dave Christensen flat out refuses to follow his job as a managing agent for our community. Has refused my requests for the names and positions of all board members for Windtree Condominiums. Has refused my requests to supply me with a copy of the management contract between Windtree Condominiums and Westward Realty and Management Group, Dave Christensen. Windtree Condominiums has not had an HOA meeting or our annual meeting in over a year now. To my knowledge we still don't have a budget for our property, the books haven't been audited in years.

Mr. Poster Concerning is one of the people that is on a mission to be a problem. He was discovered to be destroying property himself to then claim repair needs. HOA management has its challenges and folks like this that do not act professional or reasonable are the biggest part of that challenge.
