Wet Seal Wet Seal Corporate never returned my call concerning a complaint Frisco Texas
I had and issue with a Store employee at the Wet Seal located in Frisco, TX, I called the Corporate office at 888-679-3964 to make a complaint, they told me to call 949-699-3900 ext 4234 and speak with a Marlena or something like that. I left several messages with this Chic for over 3 week period, she never returned my calls, so i called the corporate office back to try to see if i could speak to a Supervisor only to be told that they will send an email to Marlena to call me back. Still no return call from this Marlena Chic. What is the purpose of Wet Seal having a customer service complaint line if they dont return a customers calls. WOW!
