I've had my gas card for 19 years approx., I signed up with Wright Express in the late 90's and have been a loyal customer since then. Simply put everything was 100% perfect with ,billing,customer service,replacement cards,Etc.......
My card balance was paid in full monthly with a small service fee,That was it !!. It was a 30 day term and a reasonable amount of time to send in your payment.
A Few years ago WEX FLEET UNIVERSAL(wex bank) took over Wright Express.(I sure miss Wright Express )
Since then WEX BANK has added additional service fees,They made the time to renturn payment less and of course that changes my due date after years,So because I don't pay my bill online by time i receive my statement the due date is upon me,And oh yeah their late fee has inreased to $75.00,You and I both know the only reason companies change due dates and increase late fees is to catch unsuspecting customers and increase revenue.
I won't even get into billing issues and customer service problems,WEX BANK you win I can no longer use your services.
When trying to find a fleet gas card know that I have found some other companies use WEX BANK as their provider (SUNOCO etc.)
