Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased a car from Land Mark Chevrolet, or shall I say "Land Shark" Chevrolet March 2002. My goal at that time was to purchase a car to build up my credit history. Landmark assingned my loan to WFS Financial. That's when the headaches began. I would rather slam my hand in the door than deal with these creeps a moment longer. They began to add, from day one, bogus charges. Insurance this, insurance that, whatever, and they won't take it off. My car was insured the day I drove it off the lot.

My State Farm Rep has been overly helpful trying to get the added insurance off. Nothing gets through to these people. I fax my info., State Farm calls and faxs information nothing happens. How patient does a person have to be? When is enough enough? I have never been late on a payment, and yet I have recieved a plethera of threatening phone calls from these jerks. They demand payment, they threaten my credit, besides that they're just plain rude.

Landmark's attitude is "to bad you bought the car". Is there no responsibility on their part to check out the jerks they assign our loans to? WFS has a file with the Better Business Bureau going back to 1999. Landmark obviously did no background check. Landmark claims to only use Nationally recognized banks. Isn't this false advertisement? I'm very tempted to simply give the car back.

I've paid $1900 to this company and my loan is more now than when I started. I have about decided they've gotten all my time and money they're going to get.
