Will try a new report to get the word out--under cover of darkness, this man has departed to parts unknown. While taking my children trick or treating I witnessed Matthew McClintock aka Michael O'Dell and a woman pack items from 8707 N Jackrabbit into a small gold car (possibly a Toyota) with Colorado license plates and a white truck (double cab, back doors open from front) and leave said location at approximately 7:30 pm--the woman had a small dog. Do not know where he went but will do my best to get the word out.
If anyone knows who this woman is--please warn her that he is a convicted felon with a history of violence against women, the elderly, and disabled. Let her know that he owes over half a million dollars to one woman in particular and thousands and thousands to various others. Let her know that there is a warrant out for his arrest in Grady County OK--she can call to verify. Let her know that the Gallatin County Sheriff's Deparment and Montana's District Attorney are investigating his criminal activities here. Let her know to be careful and safe.

I have received my judgment award from the Dept of Labor--also sent to Matthew and his attorney. I am owed $900+135 in penalties. The penalties increase to $495 if not paid by 1/12/09. So, eventually I will be owed $1395 since Matt will never act like a man and pay his debts. Especially since the Dept of Labor requires a cashier's check or money order so he cannot pay with a rubber check like he has done all over the valley. If anyone knows where he has run off to--please post or call me. I am in the phone book--Belgrade, Montana under Cox (some have Kristin and some have K). Pretty sure you can do a white pages search for Kristin Cox and find me also. FYI, another victim of the scum has surfaced on Bozemantalks.com website--check it out if you like.

Matt has moved himself and his girlfriend to a white house on McReynolds (off of Axtell) out in Gallatin Gateway. His new number is (406)763-4141!! He is up to his tricks--he used a moving service to get there and did not pay the guy! Threatened the man with a lawsuit for trying to get his money! How many more people will he steal from before he gets thrown back in jail or someone gets even?? If you know anyone in Gallatin Gateway--warn them!
