Complaint Review: Whispering Wind Productions - Matthew McClintock - Read Care And Share - Belgrade Montana

I have received my judgment award from the Dept of Labor--also sent to Matthew and his attorney. I am owed $900+135 in penalties. The penalties increase to $495 if not paid by 1/12/09. So, eventually I will be owed $1395 since Matt will never act like a man and pay his debts. Especially since the Dept of Labor requires a cashier's check or money order so he cannot pay with a rubber check like he has done all over the valley. If anyone knows where he has run off to--please post or call me. I am in the phone book--Belgrade, Montana under Cox (some have Kristin and some have K). Potential Employers beware of this individual. KRISTEN COX was hired by Whispering Wind Productions to work in sales. Kristen Cox has filed misleading and inaccurate information with several state agencies in an effort to collect pay she was not entitled to; unemployment benefits not do her and other damaging and misleading actions. Including but not limited to: 1. Stocking the owner of the business. 2. Harassing phone calls. 3. Coming to the place of business and threatening to kill the owner. (Police were called) 4. You saw and knew that hundreds of spots had already run before the audio problems started after new hardware was purchased. Your evil and disdained actions were not based on any fact other then you knew after a few hours, you couldn't do the job and gave some lame excuse to go home. Instead of coming into his office and just quitting in a professional manner, you snuck out like the vile you are. You even had others (family) lie for you why you were not coming back in. 2. You make claims you didn't have a computer at your workstation. Actually you had not only a computer, but access to many of the files you went through. Of course Whispering Wind couldn't meet TV deadlines and contracts when you commit robbery against them. And that is exactly what you have done However! Matthew has closed down Whispering Wind Productions. And has continued out of his own pocket to meet ALL contractual airtimes with the co-sponsors. You Mrs. KRISTEN COX (LIAR AND FRAUD) are headed soon for a date you will pay for, many years to come. No threat lady, a fact. You have made statements as fact that will take you down so hard in court. Just wanted to let you know that I witnessed MM leaving his business address on Halloween night. I am not sure where he went to but am trying to find out. He left with a woman in her 50-60s with a colorado plate on her gold little car. I know I would sleep better if I knew he was in police custody but I am hoping he has given up on this little town--my heart goes out to the woman and his next victims.
