FINAL ORDER AND PUBLIC REPORT The state of Florida Department of Business Regulation and Agriculture meeting in public session the BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL SURVEYORS AND MAPPERS UNIFORM DISCIPLINARY CITATION Chapter 472 of the Florida Statutes on the 19th day of October, 2011 pursuant to Chapter 472 of the Florida Statues the undersigned hereby certifies that he has probable cause to believe that the Subject violated the following provisions of law/rule: 472.031(1)(a) and 472.036(1) Practice or offer to practice surveying and mapping without a license by committing the following act(s).
WHITLOCK LAND SURVEYING, INC. is not a licensed surveying business with the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers. A survey by WHILOCK LAND SURVEYING, INC. was signed and sealed on February 19th, 1996, by James Whitlock, Jr. (LS4875) For the violations found, the board hereby recommends that the Respondent pay a civil penalty of One Thousand dollars ($ 1,000.00). ORDERED by the State of Florida Department of Business Regulation this 31th day of October, 2011. Investigator Don Williams. Case Number, 1008-30232. There is a past history of unethical violations from the same and continues to be unethical in his public position as City Council Member in Sebring Florida.
