Ceaser Escobedo manager at Whiney bank ripped me out of my hard earned money. He kept me in the store for thirty minutes scrupulously verifying information intentionally to give me a bad hair day. Went in to his branch to withdraw funds because my debit card had not arrived in the mail. After waiting for what felt like hours and drinking an entire cup of coffee he come back and tells me if I close my savings account he will keep the twenty dollars remaining in the account. I told him, "that I would verify and confirm this information with a third party and not to close my account."

I later receive a phone call from a representative at another location saying, "you can close your account if you would like and we will refund you the money and you can keep it. All you need to do is come into our facility."

I didn't think anything of it and left it alone. Well, long story short I find out several weeks later that Ceaser Escobedo had my account closed with out my authorization. If I were you I would stay clear from the Whitney Bank on Richmond. Ceaser Escobedo thinks he is the Billy Goat at the top of the hill, however he  is incorrect. I wish he would keep his gay girly gestures which are inappropriate to himself. Ceaser has a listening problem and likes to make decisions based upon his own assumptions. I'm not the loud get in your face kind of customer. I'm quiet little customer that'll make sure the whole world knows who you are.
