In early December I placed two orders for "tiffany" jewelry. The first order was a necklace and bracelet, the second order was a ring. My credit card was charged immediately for purchases.

I received confirmation of my orders, numbers 5832 and 5747, and was emailed that there was a delay and I would be receiving them after the holidays. They were meant to be christmas and birthday presents. In January I began emailing them to find out where the orders were and request a refund if they were not going to be sent out.

I have sent at least four or five emails, with absolutely no response from this company. They have not credited my credit card and I have never received either order from them. No one should deal with this company at all. Ever.
