Ordered a hairpiece last July-paid by check in advance-as this guy won't accept credit cards. He doesnt take cards as he knows you will have a way to refute the charge when you dont get your merchandise. He gave one stall after another as to why he could not deliver the product. Blamed Chinese for everything from "it was their peanut picking time" to it "being held up in customs". Finally after 5 months-told him I wanted my money back and he told me " I was out of luck" and that was the chance I was taking in this type of business. This guy is a sham. I should have read the internet. There are about 50 reports of him being a crook and ripping people off. Even the local authorities know this guy by name.

I blame myself. After I ordered the last hair unit from Wholesalehairpieces. com Roy Lee changed his internet web site by adding the following lines:
Legal: If you make a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms of the sale as explained on this website. It is agreed that all sales take place at Caneyville, Kentucky. No sale, agreement, or contract of any kind is entered outside of the state of Kentucky. It is understood that if the buyer incurs an obligation of sales tax in his respective state, that tax is responsibility of the buyer. It is agreed that all claims against wholesale Hairpieces or any of it's owners are limited to the amount of the purchase only and can be settled only in a venue of the county of Grayson, in the state of Kentucky. It is agreed that all attorney's fees, court costs, witness cost, and other expenses will be paid by any plaintiff who takes action against Wholesale Hairpieces or Lee sales or Roy Lee and/or Karen Lee. It is agreed that all items are sold as is, except for the terms outlined on the warranty page. There are no cash refunds for any reason. It is agreed that no consequential damages, personal injury, or product liability is to be claimed or collected as a result of the purchase or use of any of the products purchased
IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU SEND THIS CHICKEN CHIT SOB YOUR MONEY. HIS ONLY RESPONSE; EVEN IF HE ADMITS HE SCREWED UP IS THAT HE WILL COME TO YOUR HOME AND CAUSE YOU GREAT HARM.
NEVER TRUST A REDNECK THEY HAVE NO MORAL COMPASS
DONT TRY TO CALL HIM, AND WORK THINGS OUT, HE DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE
ROY LEE MAKES IT REAL CLEAR. HE STEALS YOUR MONEY, SENDS YOU WHAT HE WANTS TO SEND YOU, AND NEVER REFUNDS, NOR DOES HE REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT SCREW UPS ON HIS PART.
THE SAD PART IS YOUR DUMB ENOUGH TO SEND HIM MONEY.
