Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise from wholesale LED which is the same as antennahub.com and received an empty box. The receptionist and manager that i spoke to displayed, by far, the WORST customer service i have ever witnessed. when i asked to speak to their Supervisor they refused and said that he was out of town and they would not give me his name. The box i recieved was unopened and not tampered with at all, just empty with a packing slip in it. The one lady i talked to said that she packs all the mail orders herself and had never made a mistake before so it was impossible that it was empty. she also told me that they weigh the package at the post office and it wieghed three pounds when it left. After speaking with their local post office i found out based on my tracking number that my package was never on a post office desk therefore it could not have been wieghed by the post office. also that the company generates there own stickers so they can print whatever wieght on it they want which is common i guess but, after i learned this i called the company back and told them what i found out and asked if they could explain to me from start to finish the packing prossess. She agreed and began, at no time mentioning putting the package on a scale to get an actual weight (which would have prevented this entire situation) she just stated that the only sell certain merchandise so they know exactly what everything weighs and they put a sticker on it based on what is suppose to be go in the box. I understand mistakes happen but they insist that the dont and never have made a mistake so your out of luck. i wonder how many other people have been ripped off by this website. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING!!!!!

This issue has been resolved. Big thanks to Tonya and the owner Dave for their time. You two were VERY helpful. There was a pretty big misunderstanding with a couple of employees and it could have been avoided but nevertheless it was resolved.

I have read your complaint and do want to take the appropriate action. If you want a refund, I am willing to do that. The only reason we did not send you another one was because the person who you talked to called USPS and she told her they had it at 3 lbs. If that is incorrect then that changes everything. She had the name and id number of the USPS rep she talked to who assured her the package was 3 lbs as weighed by the USPS. If she did not have this info I would have authorized her to issue a refund or send a replacement if it was established you were indeed sent an empty box in error. We have send out thousands of orders and never had this issue of sending an empty box. I will get this taken care of and we will issue you a refund. You should see it in your account within 5 to 7 days.

Thats funny that the post office said it was three pounds because I also talked to the post office on your end and mine and they said that the package was at no time weighed by them. in order for them to weigh the package it would have had to be brought into a post office and they would have generated the label but thats not what happened. YOUR label is on it so that means they DID NOT WEIGH IT. All they do is scan it to track the package and their scanners do not magically weigh things. So that is not true. And as far as me wanting more lights your right, im not trying to get "more" lights out of you for the last FOUR days i have been trying to get the lights that i payed for from you. But now that it has come down to me taking legal action against you, I dont want the lights I want my money back so I can take my business elsewhere where my time will be valued and not WASTED!!!

We did not send an empty box

We did not send an empty box to the customer. We verified our inventory was at the right amount after shipping his order. We also called and contacted USPS and spoke to a rep there who confirmed that the shipment was indeed 3 lbs. If it were an empty box it would have been a few ounces. After gathering this information we determined that there could have been some problem with the shipment's delivery. I am not saying that the customer is trying to get us to send him another order for free but we did do our part in sending the product and we have confirmed that a 3rd party, the USPS, also shows our shipment was 3 lbs and not a few ounces. It is possible that someone got to the shipment before the customer or it could have had some problems at the USPS facility prior to delivery. Whatever the case may be, we did our part in shipping the complete order and we have USPS verification our shipment was 3 lbs and not an empty box.

You see, I'm not the person to get on the internet and write reviews for no reason. In fact, until today, i have never wrote a review. That should show you just how pissed i am. So yes i did my homework before i started writing review(s) I took the package to the local post office where it was inspected by the Post Master and kept for the investigation. It was determanied that the package was at no time (prior to the strip being removed by me) opened or tampered with. I have no reason to lie about this to get free merchandise seeing how I have lost more money in loss of wages dealing with this than the price of the merchandise i didnt recieve. It would have been cheaper to cut my losses but I want to make d**n sure THEY dont get my money. Even if that means I lose another couple hundred not being at work. BAD BUSINESS. I REPEAT STAY AWAY!

I see youre quick to point the finger at this company but did you think to ACTUALLY check the bottom of the box? A common tactic of drivers is to carefully cut open the bottom tape on a box. Usually they just do a quick re-tape if they are lazy. But if they take their time, they will remove the old tape carefully and slap another piece on it. You can check this by examining the bottom of the box and feel if the cardboard feels "scratchy" or "sticky". The tape ALWAYS leaves some reside and when you pull packing tape off of a box it pulls on the cardboard raising it a bit.

You need to check this first as you could be accusing a company falsely. If your delivery driver or someone from the distribution center is stealing packages then you will have caused unnessasary drama for a company that did their part and letting someone else steal you blind all the while painting the wrong ppl as the bad guy.
