I purchased a laser via the Wicked Lasers Website on November 1st 2014 for $139.96. I was told to expect delivery of the item in 2 to 4 weeks. On the 17th of November I received an email saying that the laser had been shipped. The email listed a tracking number and an estimated arrival date. When I entered the tracking number it listed a delivery address somewhere in the Midwest. When I called wicked lasers I was told there was some kind of mistake and they would call me back in 48 hours with the details.
I received no call so I called back and asked again what the status of the shipment was and got the same response. I called again 2 weeks later and asked, and the individuals have no clue what has happened. They claim to not have any ability to track these orders or handle any kind of refund or re-ordering. I have called and emailed several times since then and have had zero responses. Order was placed on 1 November and it is now the 8th of January. This is completely unacceptable. If this is not resolved using this forum then I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.
