On December 26, 2010, at 8:12:40 AM, I ordered two items online from a company called Wicked Lasers. I used a Visa Platinum credit card and was charged a Total Amount of $575.86for Order ID Number 79867. Today is January 24, 2011, and I have received nothing from this company to date! On their home page they say to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Well, I have, without any response or cooperation from the company. What is particularly galling is that I paid $40.97for UPS Express Shipping!! UPS does NOT take two to four weeks for their Express Shipping service.
Repeated attempts to contact the company via their toll-free 24/7 number have failed. So has every attempt to use their "Live Chat" feature.
At this point, I have asked Visa to become involved and they have with no results, as of yet. I have also informed the company via phone that at the very least they need to issue me a total refund for the $40.97 charge as well as the balance of the Total Amount. They are not a company I trust and think other online consumers should not do business with, either. If need be, I will pursue further action, because I refuse to let this *&**^&*^ company rip me off for nearly $600.00.
