Willamette Valley Transport Horribly dishonest employer and service provider OR Salem
This company advertises exclusively on Indeed.com becaue of Indeed's corrupt policy of not allowing negative reviews of company's that pay to advertise there. This is the worst and most sicikeningly dishonest company I have ever been eposed to. They do not care one bit about their employees or clients. All the care about is more trips as fast as possible. They pay minimum wage and treat you like s*** with a smile. They say the minimum possible to act like they care whether you live or die then say horribe things about both employers and clients when they can't hear. NEMT is a S*** business full of s*** desperate people who are willing to do anything for very litte money. Felons, drug addicts, sociopaths and all other sorts of losers. Only apply here if you have no other options left in life. ALL the dispatchers are scum of the earth. Managers too ... LIARS

I had the same trouble posting any kind of review on Indeed. They don't allow honest negative reviews, yet they allow the company to post as many fake positive reviews as they want. I am glad I found this site through a Google search for the company name and hope others will too if they are thinking about working for WVTransport. It's a terrible job working with miserable people and no management. Minimum wage until you get many years of experience. One of the worst jobs and companies I ever imagined.

I had the same problem with this company. when I saw they were advertising $14+ for new employees on Indeed I almost lost it. only a few employees with years and years of experience make anything close to that. everybody else gets 50 cents over minimum wage with no vertime even on 12 hour days. so I ried to post a company review on Indeed and it got rejected. it was one star only because i could not give them zero stars. so i tried to post a 2 star review that was not so harsh and it still got rejected. i sure wasnt going to try a 3 star review because there is no way in hell this company deserves 3 stars, or even one. i looked at some other companies and the only ones with really bad reviews are the companies who do not post jobs on Indeed. so the truth about Willamette Valley Transpost will never be posted anywhere except here.
The dispacth and management really are phonies and just plain jerks a lot of times. I have also heard them say really bad things about most employees then smile and pat them on the back when they walk in the door. they do a terrible job arranging trips so you can do them on time and the clients always hate you the drvier because dispatch is always sending you there late. the fast food restaurants where I live pay more than this crap job and treat employees a lot better too. this company does not care about the clients or the employees. just charging as many trips and miles as possible.
