I am in bussniess as a Small engine repair service and I use them all the time, if you DON'T give the right Info you will get the wrong parts, but now and then a wrong part getes put in the wrong bin yopu so get the wrong one, just call them anf let them know and they will MAKE it right,
I know for I ordered an "o" ring but got the wrong one, so I call them and the very next day I had the right one, didn't have to pay any shipping to get my part.
so all I can say you are a HOT HEAD and did think.
as faw a PAY/PAl it is hard to refun any one their money, and by the way when you do get a refun, it takes about three weeks to get it put back on your card or in youyr bank. Once agine, I deal a lot on E-Bay and I pay with PAY/PAL. Man I hate it when I have to send things back for a refun,
so just cool down and listen to what they ask for, then you will get what you need from them,

I emailed Willards Small Engines asking about a wheel I needed for my push mower. Carrie emailed me back the next day with the part # and a contact #. I called several days later and ordered 2 wheels from her assistant who was very pleasant and helpful. I paid for this by credit card.
My wheels arrived in a reasonable time(I didn't pay for express shipping) and are exactly what I ordered, well packaged and look new. This was a wheel that I couldn't find locally and was told by one shop that it wasn't available, and I would have to order a different wheel.
My overall experiance was good. They had a good response time, good customer service, as well as good products. I would recommend them to anyone and will definately order from them if I need more mower parts.

AND I am just now getting so called a consumer response LOL (commenting on my spelling is so childish and proves you are just a friend of hers and/or a worker, etc.)...whatever, I have had good experiences with companies before that subsequently go out of business for being shady!
I do not care, she got get my money and I got nothing at all in return except a useless piece of junk, why would I return a belt AND she keeps my money huh??? She states I didn't return the belt, YEA because she WOULD NOT REFUND ME, so why would I give her the thing back? I lost it and I don't care that I lost it either LMFAO.
This is soooooo silly and beyond juvenile and I do not have any time in my life, this woman was supposed to be out of my life and I really wipe my hands clean of her and this whole situation.
They can rebuttal until pigs can fly, say whatever they want, blah blah blah. I know that I got a peice of crap, I asked her to refund and she said no and then I tried to go through ebay and paypal and they stated that because she sent me something (at the time before buyer protection, which cases like mine inspired, thank you very much) that I could not get my money back.
I consequently ordered the same belt I was SUPPOSED to get from this company and it was completely different than what Williards sent me, so thats about all I can say, its that simple and like I stated before they can argue about what a biatch or whatever I am or whatever. I do not care, I was not sent the right part, I asked for a refund and was told no, I tried all the proper steps to no avail. and in the end this person got my money and I got diddly. SO thats why I said what I said and I stick to it. I wont be back on here, I dont care!!!!
*And I take anything I stated personal about this person back except the lying and shadiness, which are both accurate since she states she was going to refund me if I sent the belt back, well if that was all it would have taken I would have sent it back LOL....huh??? However, I am a good Christian and should not have mean and there are plenty of wonderful small companies out there.

I buy from this company all the time. Not on the Internet but in person, I get the best service and parts from the owner in person. You need to get your facts straight and learn how to spell first. It would make you sound more credible. And for your information the business is located on the left side of hwy 15 going south just before the railroad overpass.

Ok, Well since she does not bother with the whole story, lets start at the very beginning. On the 30th of June she placed a order with us for a lawnmower belt, Murray part #37x90. (Note part number not length)She choose 3 day select shipping. She then choose to check out using Paypal AND choose to fund the payment with a echeck. When we got the order in we noticed that since she paid with a echeck the payment was not set to clear into our act. till the 3rd. This is also not a common belt and it was not in stock. We would normally just have dropped shipped it to her from the warehouse in Atlanta BUT since we had not been paid for it yet this was not a option. I then ordered the belt with one of my normal daily orders since I had extra days before I had to ship it since her payment was not set to clear till the 3rd of July. I then emailed her letting her know this and asking if she still wanted the 3 day select shipping or just normal ground. She never replied. So we shipped it 3 day select on the 3rd. Now starts all the trouble...We were closed for the 4th as well as was UPS. When I opened my email on Monday I came across about 6 very rude emails from this woman stating WHERE IS MY ORDER!! etc...We then realized that she had sent the email to every email address that we have for a total of about 10 emails. I replied to her stating that we shipped it on the 3rd and it would be delivered on Wed. the 9th and also that we emailed her on the 30th with no reply and I stated what the email contained. She then lost it!!! Stating" I paid for 3 day select, You did not ship it , I want my money back"..just on and on with statements like this. I replied that there would be no refund as we did ship it 3 day select. I explained to her that we emailed to see what she wanted to do and did not get a reply so we shipped it when the payment cleared. I stated that I have no control over what days the government sets as a holiday or that UPS chose to take off on Friday the 4th or that UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday on delivery days. I understand that the 3rd till the 9th seems like a long time but when you stop and look at the dates here, it is very clear. The 3rd was Thursday, Friday was the 4th, so you can not count the 4th thru the 6th. The days start on Monday the 7th when you count for a shipment because you do not count the day you shipped. So the 7th to the 9th is 3 days...PERIOD..I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS! This is the way UPS works. This is where the next email came that I was rude and a scamer, cheat, liar..etc. I did not reply to this huge email, it was half a page long and just on and on about religion and just craziness. I then log in to Paypal on Wed. the 9th, the above took place on the 8th, only to find that she had filed a item not received dispute. She stated that she wanted her money back for the 3 day shipping. I provided paypal with the tracking number and stated that I shipped it on the day the payment cleared, I exclated it to a claim and later that day paypal closed the case finding in my favor. I thought this was over..OH was I wrong.. Also, she states here that I shipped to prove to paypal that I shipped something to her..I shipped the item on the 3rd she filed the dispute on the 9th.. Please email me for the tracking number. I would love to show it to everyone but I do not think I am allowed to post it here. On Friday the 11th I login to paypal to find that she has filed another dispute, a not as described dispute..WOW, I thought. I think I even yelled it! I was amazed that she would not admit that she was the one wrong here and was now going to not a described. I then called paypal because I wanted to make sure that they could see that she was just mad because they had found in my favor in the first case. They proceed to tell me that her claim was that she ordered a belt and got a piece or rubber, he then laughed and said " It is a lawn mower belt, what did she expect it to be made of metal" I told him that I just want to make sure that they had it noted that this was the first that I had been told of the belt not being what she wanted and that it was just a belt, a normal rubber belt same as all belts and it clearly has the part number imprinted on it stamped from Murray. I think that she wanted a 90" belt and thought this was the length. I also wanted to make sure they have it noted that in the first claim there was nothing stated of the belt being wrong only that she wanted her 3 day select shipping back ($13.00 by the way, is what all of this is over). I stated that if she wants to return it that is fine. If you know paypal policy, and she clearly does not, you know that you must return the item and pay out of your pocket for the shipping before they will find in your favor. The man at paypal even emailed me a link to email to her that tells you how a echeck works since she clearly does not have a clue. Today is the 20th and I still have not got it back. She also seems to think that if you buy thru ebay you can get your money back..NOT true...When you buy on ebay and use paypal the rules are the same. You have to return the item in order to get a refund and if the seller provides the tracking you do not get your money back if it was delivered when you file a item not received claim. I did email her back, replying thru her last email, after she filed the paypal dispute begging her to please tell me how I am a liar, cheat, scammer..etc. and let her know that she was welcome to return the belt if she thinks it is not correct. I told her once again how a echeck works and went thru the UPS time line again. The next email from her was that I was harassing her. I have only replied to the emails from her and have only done that three times. She says that all of my ebay FB must be from friends on one of her post, well I am glad to know that I have over 9000 friends around this world. I would also like to make it clear that I have had 3 BBB cases filed on us that have all been found in my favor, as I am sure this one will be as well. I have had 5 paypal cases filed since 2000 and all but 2 were not found in my favor, only because I did not ship to a paypal confirmed address. I think that is pretty darn good! I would be more than willing to send anyone proof of this and all the tracking and paypal responses in this case as well. When we get a order in and we know that the customer has ordered mix matched parts we do not process it till we have talked it out with the customer so that they do not have to waste money returning parts. If we look up a part for a customer and it is not correct, we cover all cost for returns and getting them the correct part. If there is a lower cost item or a way to get around a high cost part, we tell the customer. If they do not need something, we tell them. So are we scammers? NO Do we rip people off? NO! Are we rude?, YES when we are being rude to. I will not take crap from someone like this when I have done nothing wrong. I am about ready to turn this over to my lawyer. I am being slandered and harassed by this woman for noting that I had control over.

She has positive feedback on there only because if she sends the wrong parts via there she will have to refund people and I am not even sure if that is her legit feedback and/or if she is that smart she hacked someone else's feedback, would not surprise me as she knows how to get around the paypal rules.....
