Lieutenant William Cooley for 3 years now has headed up a Cauldron of Corruption working in organized criminal conspiracy to remove the fundamental human rights of two innocent and now injured young girls by coordinating crimes against them in violation of his oath to protect and serve revealing him unfit of the public trust he has sworn to uphold. Specifically, Cooleys soldiers have willingly 'swatted" a loving non violent crime free Dad by descending on him on multiple occasions without cause at elementary schools and public pools creating fear panic and confusion based on 100% fraudulent allegations involving no crime or danger alleged. Further Cooleys has excused "factual" cruel and unusual punishment of innocent girls because the violent hostile and dangerous StepFather, "promised not to do it again" on transcript during a 2016 custody hearing. Cooleys hired guns have trapped a 7 and 8 year old sisters locked in a bedroom against their will court ordered to be with their Dad at Christmas in 2014, and instead INTENTIONALLY MISREAD court orders to criminally interfere with the Dad. Cooley has threatened loving crime free non violent Dad repeatedly with arrest without legal authority to do so. Most disturbingly is DCFS recently contacted Wheaton PD to investigate violent and possibly sexual abuse by the StepDaughter, but instead they arrest the loving protective non violent Dad seeking to check on his trapped children. Lieutenant Cooley was also quoted by a corrupted states attorney at the subsequent bond hearing that Wheaton PD had arrested Dad at "the Mothers home", when in fact the loving non violent Dad was arrested for standing inside a Wheaton Train Station. Wheaton PD fraudulently claimed a Oreder of Protection had been served upon the Dad, but documents in his possession show Dad was NEVER served Order until 8 days after his arrest for a fraudulent protective order issued by Judge Neal Cerne (see him on rippoffreport) apparently given to what could only be possibly construed as his girlfriend or paid associate Adele Flechsig, for a non violent non threatening email that doesn't harass. Yesterday Lieutenant William Cooley of The Wheaton Police Department testified that the Dad's "history" led him to "absolutely believe" I intended violence in my communications with others, when he knows full well there is absolutely no violence of Dad kind from me ever to anyone in DuPage County or elsewhere. Cooleys lies were done to justify the outrageous 2 year plenary order of protection over 5 non threatening emails writtem to the Mother encouraging her "do the right thing" and let her desperate children see the Dad they love cherish and adore, by other people not the Dad, justified her continued fraudulent victimhood she feels she is entitled too regardless of the law as long as she has corrupt police and judges on her side as always in Wheaton IL.

Yesterday Lieutenant Cooley took the afternoon off to once again inappropriately involve himself in the public official corruption being organized to deprive two unidentified Wheaton girls of their fundamental human right to their loving non violent Dad and family, denied them in brutally abusive fashion, by a Mother and StepFather who are immune to prosecution in DuPage County for repeated fraudulent 911 "swatting" calls to elementary schools and swimming pools (a felony) as well as an organized attack in the child victims therapy sessions to prevent successful reunification with Dad. Lieutenant Cooley falsely charachterized the 53 year old crime and violence free Father, who's only weapon is truthful non violent free speech, as having a "history" that would cause one to presume violence from a man, who has 53 years of the exact opposite in his life.
