William Edward "Billy" Scutt, poor sub-standard, unlicensed retailers estate work, real estate fraud, deceives people, leaves me in financial ruin and a waive of destruction in his midst.

William E. (Edward) "Billy" Scutt has never been licensed anywhere, probably because of a problematic (and criminal) background. Likes to tell people he has been in construction all his life, but most of what he is known for is lying to and scamming people. I know someone who bought a home from him in Ellenton, Florida. Scutt lies and hid problems that he knew about about a home that he owned outright, leaving the buyer with $50,000 plus in home repairs.
He has been married multiple times, has a criminal history. Don't believe me? Think my friend is a disgruntled buyer? Do your own research.
