was taken 7-8 days after a customers account was suspended then re-opened this being 02/11/2011, you can see this at the bottom right hand side of the picture , ie time and date
if you study the picture closely youll see the numbers do not match the picture , its clear the customers true records have been removed , that being casino history, after all they need to suspend your account blocking you from signing in , in order to corrupt the data

now as you can see picture 2 data is perfect , picture 2 data was taken recently of a customer playing roulette , taking a screenshot / picture of the history of the session , you see it matches the picture , as all numbers match the picture no need to corrupt this but its a true reading of what data should look like
so lets tell the GRA about this , this being phil brear the respected honest fair regulator , the referee if you prefer , the man who looks over the disputes making sure there is no foul play . so heres mr brears email to the customer after the customer complaining time and time again that the data has been altered
