There was a number of events that the manager I was presently under at the time was mistreating me and making my work enviorment hostile. He told me that I would not have a job if another employee would have had their paper work togerher I would not have my job.He did not inform me of a off-work day (was not told at work, did not call to tell me after work or the next morning, etc) I reported to work as usuall. A long story short I documented all negative events that this manager did. Typed them up had them notarize and turned it in to the human resource manager. They put him on an action plan and removed me from under his authority. The second manager did the same but just different events, this indicated to me they were trying to terminate me. Why? I have no answer to this day.
The second manager gave me a write up for attendence that was not actual. I had not meet the point system for attendance of missing days. There was a co-worker who had missed days, been late, and left early but yet received the perfect attendance award that year. I did not understand how that happen until I wittness and event in Dec-08, plus the co-worker told me her self that she got the mono-reward. I then took the matter to the EEOC on Feb-09. These two managers was removed altogether in March-09.
Since than I have had to file a retaliation complete on them as well because I was in a MVR in March-09 (two dics out of place, damaged nerves, swelling, choric pain). While off on FMLA they have contribute to the fact of me about to lose the only source of transpotation, can't pay my electric bill or rent, because they stopped my short term disability from false information.Now I have no income. They are contiunously slandering my name to the doctors because they are not willing to help me inorder to get the medical attention I need, this is only making my health worst in trying to heal up by dealing with their negative actions.
